Terms & Agreement

Please read the following terms carefully before booking a ceremony with Minister La Littles.

1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure your ceremony date. This retainer is applied toward the total package price. Your date is not confirmed until the retainer has been received and a signed contract is on file.

2. Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the ceremony date. Accepted payment methods include all major credit/debit cards processed through our secure checkout. Failure to remit final payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations are non refundable. Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability and must be made at least 14 days in advance.

4. Ceremony Customization

Minister La Littles will work with you to craft a personalized ceremony script. All content must be submitted or approved no later than 14 days before the ceremony. Last-minute changes on the day of the ceremony may not be accommodated.

5. Marriage License

It is the couple's sole responsibility to obtain a valid marriage license prior to the ceremony. Minister La Littles will sign and file the license as required by New Jersey law for packages that include paperwork. Failure to present a valid license on the day of the ceremony does not entitle the couple to a refund.

6. Conduct & Safety

Minister La Littles reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if the officiant is subjected to harassment, unsafe conditions, or conduct that is disrespectful or discriminatory. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

Minister La Littles is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue closures, or personal emergencies. In the event Minister La Littles is unable to perform due to an emergency, a reasonable effort will be made to provide a qualified substitute or reschedule.

8. Photography & Media

Minister La Littles may photograph or record portions of ceremonies for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the couple provides written notice of objection prior to the event.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Union County, New Jersey.
