Officiant Agreement

Minister La Littles LLC  ·  Effective upon booking confirmation

1. Parties

This Officiant Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Minister La Littles LLC ("Officiant") and the couple or individual(s) who complete a booking and payment ("Client"). By submitting payment, Client agrees to all terms set forth herein.

2. Services

Officiant agrees to perform wedding officiant services as described in the package selected by Client at the time of booking. Services include ceremony officiation, preparation of personalized ceremony script (where applicable), and handling of required marriage documentation as outlined in the selected package.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your ceremony date and time. No date or time slot will be held without confirmed payment.

All Payments Are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Once payment is submitted, it is final. Payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the Client, change of plans, change of date, or personal emergencies. Payments are non-transferable and may not be applied to a different date, time, package, or individual.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to Officiant's availability and are not guaranteed. Any rescheduling is considered a courtesy and does not entitle Client to a refund of any previously paid fees. A rescheduling fee may apply.

5. Cancellation by Officiant

In the unlikely event that Officiant must cancel due to a documented emergency or circumstances beyond her control, Officiant will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified substitute officiant. If no substitute is available, Client will receive a credit toward a future ceremony date at Officiant's discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client is responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license prior to the ceremony date. Officiant is not responsible for any delays, complications, or inability to perform the ceremony resulting from Client's failure to secure a valid license. Client agrees to provide accurate information at the time of booking.

7. Conduct & Right to Refuse

Officiant reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if Client or any guest engages in threatening, abusive, or disrespectful behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

8. Photography & Media

Officiant may photograph or record ceremonies for portfolio and marketing purposes unless Client provides written notice of objection prior to the ceremony date. Client grants Officiant a non-exclusive license to use ceremony images and video for promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Officiant's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Client. Officiant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided or any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond Officiant's reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. By completing payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
