By booking and paying for any service offered by Minister La Littles LLC ("we," "us," "Officiant"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all packages and services offered through ministerlalittles.com.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Your ceremony date and time are not confirmed or held until payment is received and processed.
⚠ All Payments Are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
- — Payments will not be refunded for any reason, including cancellation, change of plans, illness, or personal emergencies.
- — Payments cannot be transferred to another date, time, package, or person under any circumstances.
- — Partial refunds are not available.
- — Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by Client will be contested and may result in additional fees.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to Officiant's availability. Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the original ceremony date. Approved rescheduling does not constitute a new booking and does not entitle Client to any refund of fees paid. A rescheduling fee may apply at Officiant's discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
By Client: If Client cancels for any reason, all payments are forfeited. No credit, refund, or transfer will be issued.
By Officiant: In the event Officiant must cancel due to a documented emergency, Officiant will make reasonable efforts to arrange a qualified substitute. If no substitute is available, Client will receive a credit toward a future date at Officiant's sole discretion. This is the sole remedy available to Client in the event of cancellation by Officiant.
5. Marriage License Responsibility
Client is solely responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license issued by the appropriate New Jersey county clerk prior to the ceremony. Officiant is not responsible for any failure to perform the ceremony resulting from Client's failure to obtain a valid license. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
6. Conduct
Officiant reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if Client or any guest engages in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or disrespectful behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.
7. Intellectual Property & Media
All ceremony scripts, vows, and written materials prepared by Officiant are the intellectual property of Minister La Littles LLC. Officiant may photograph or record ceremonies for portfolio and marketing use unless Client provides written objection prior to the ceremony date. Client grants Officiant a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use ceremony images and video for promotional purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Officiant's maximum liability to Client under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client for services. Officiant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of enjoyment, or costs incurred due to ceremony delays or cancellations beyond Officiant's control.
9. Privacy
