Officiant Services Agreement
This Officiant Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Minister La Littles, ordained wedding officiant ("Officiant"), and the couple identified below ("Client"). By signing below, both parties agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1. Services
Officiant agrees to perform a personalized wedding ceremony on the date and at the location specified below. Services include pre-ceremony consultation, document handling, and officiating the ceremony. Marriage license signing and filing is included in all packages.
2. Ceremony Details
The ceremony date, time, location, and selected package will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and retainer payment. Any changes to ceremony details must be communicated in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.
3. Fees & Payment
The total fee is determined by the selected package. A non-refundable retainer is due at signing to secure the date/time. All payments are processed securely through the website.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations do not recieve a refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance.
5. Marriage License
Client is solely responsible for obtaining a valid New Jersey marriage license prior to the ceremony. Officiant will sign and file the license as required by law. Failure to present a valid license does not entitle Client to a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Officiant's liability is limited to the total fees paid under this Agreement. Officiant is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of an emergency preventing performance, Officiant will make reasonable efforts to provide a substitute or reschedule.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes shall be resolved in Union County, New Jersey.
